Terms and Conditions

When you shop online, purchases are governed by the Swedish Consumer Sales Act and the Distance Contracts Act. These laws protect you as a consumer when making purchases remotely. You can read more about these laws on the Swedish Consumer Agency's website. All attempts at fraud will be reported to the police, and we reserve the right to cancel an order if fraud is suspected.

All prices in the online store include 25% VAT and are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK). We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice due to exchange rates, postage costs, operating expenses, etc. In the event of an incorrect price or shipping charge, IMD AB reserves the right to correct the price or shipping cost afterwards. If this occurs, IMD AB will inform you accordingly.

Delivery

You can choose whether you would like to collect your package in person or have it delivered to you. At IMD AB, we aim to arrange shipping at the lowest possible cost and may therefore use different shipping companies.

The normal delivery time is 1–7 days from the date your order has been confirmed. If there are any delays or other deviations from the normal delivery time, we will contact you. International deliveries may take longer depending on the shipping method.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

As a buyer, you always have the right to return your purchase within 14 days in accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act. The right of withdrawal applies provided that the product is in the same condition as when it was delivered by us.

Returns must be sent as a business parcel, as we are unable to collect parcels from a service point. Returns therefore cannot be sent to a parcel collection point.
